There are moments when something feels off, but not in a way you can easily explain. Your body feels it. Your energy feels it. But it doesn’t always have language.
This session is a way to work with that directly.
I offer distance Reiki sessions that are held with intention, focus, and real connection before and after the energy work itself. This is something we step into together.
How the session works
We begin with a short phone call to check in. You can share anything you want support around, or simply describe what you’ve been feeling. We use that to focus the session.
From there, the Reiki session is done at a distance.
You can go about your day, or choose to sit or lie down quietly. Some people prefer to treat it like a meditation. Others just let it integrate in the background.
After the session is complete, I follow up with you.
This can be a phone call or a text exchange, depending on what you prefer. I’ll share anything that came through during the session, and you can ask questions or talk through what you experienced.
What this session supports
People come to this work for different reasons. Sometimes it’s emotional heaviness that hasn’t moved. Sometimes it’s feeling disconnected, scattered, or drained. Sometimes it’s simply a sense that something needs to shift or a feeling of something being 'stuck'
You don’t need to have a clear explanation for it. We work with what’s present.
Session timing
Each session is held within a dedicated window in the late afternoon or early evening.
After booking, you’ll receive a follow-up email within 24 hours to schedule your exact time.
I offer a limited number of sessions per week to keep this work focused and intentional.
A small number of sessions are offered at a supported rate for those who need flexibility. If that applies to you, you’re welcome to choose that option.
Training & approach
My Reiki training was completed through a long, integration-based format.
Level I was a 12-week, 36+ hour training, and Level II was completed over 8 weeks with an additional 26+ hours of study and practice.
Working this way allowed me to build a steady, embodied relationship with the practice over time. That pacing continues to shape how I hold sessions now - focused, present, and intentional.
What you’ll need
A phone for the check-in and follow-up.
During the session itself, you can be anywhere. There’s nothing you need to do or prepare beyond being open to the process.
