Haunted Collection-Megalodon Tooth with Grey Ametrine Talisman
Megalodon teeth have been found throughout history and been met with much awe and speculation.
Pliny the Elder, around 70 AD, believed shark teeth were triangular objects dropped from the sky during lunar eclipses.
In the middle ages, Europeans thought they were "tongue stones" or petrified tongues of dragons and snakes. Megalodon teeth were worn as pendants and used in medicine.
Megalodon sharks thrived in Earth’s oceans between approximately 16 to 2.6 million years ago and became extinct 2.6 million years ago.
These gigantic creatures are known to have been up to 60 feet long and 65 tons although it is possible that slightly larger ones existed!
Throughout history, shark teeth have been revered as a representation of masculine strength and have been recognized as a sign of confidence, self-trust, power and warrior prowess.
Today, Shark’s teeth are believed to help one in adapting to social situations and aid one in mastering and navigating life situations to their favor by strengthening intuition, confidence and adaptability.
